Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Zimor may process when you use the website, product and related services, why that information is used, when it may be shared and the choices available to you.

This Privacy Policy applies to Zimor’s marketing website, application and related services. References to “Zimor”, “we” or “us” mean the operator of the Zimor service identified in the agreement or subscription through which you use Zimor.

4. Legal bases where required
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is specifically requested. The applicable basis depends on the data, feature and jurisdiction.
5. Connected exchanges and third parties
Zimor may interact with exchanges, data providers, authentication providers, infrastructure providers and other services that you choose to connect or that are needed to operate the product. Those third parties process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Only grant the permissions needed for the features you intend to use. Do not provide withdrawal permissions or credentials that Zimor does not request.
6. Sharing and service providers
We may share information with vendors that help provide hosting, authentication, communications, analytics, billing, security or support. They should receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and are subject to contractual or legal obligations where applicable.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate abuse, or support a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Zimor does not sell personal information as a data-broker business model.
7. Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain required records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet security or legal obligations. Retention periods can differ by data type and account status.
When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, de-identified or aggregated, subject to backup and legal-retention cycles.
8. Your choices and rights
- Review and update account information available in product settings.
- Disconnect supported integrations you no longer want Zimor to access.
- Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable law provides those rights.
- Withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing.
- Manage non-essential cookies or similar technologies where controls are provided.
9. Security
Zimor uses administrative, technical and organizational safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, device access and any third-party credentials or API permissions you connect to Zimor.
10. International processing
Service providers and infrastructure may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, Zimor uses recognized transfer mechanisms or other safeguards for cross-border processing.
11. Children
Zimor is intended for adults who are legally able to use trading-related services. It is not directed to children, and users should not create an account if they do not meet the age requirements applicable to them.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product, law or processing practices change. Material changes may be communicated through the website, product or account communication.
Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent through the Contact page using the Legal & Privacy channel.
