Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of Zimor. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a plan or using the service, you agree to these Terms and any plan-specific or enterprise terms that apply to your account.
1. Eligibility and authority
You may use Zimor only if you can legally enter into these Terms and are permitted to access trading-related software in your jurisdiction. If you use Zimor for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to the applicable agreement.
2. The service
Zimor provides software for market analysis, alerts, workflow support, trade review and trader-intelligence features. Features may depend on market data, third-party services, connected exchanges, account plan and product availability.
Zimor may add, modify or retire features as the product develops. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption and may provide notice when a material change affects paid functionality.
3. Not financial advice
Zimor provides information, analysis tools and decision support. It does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax or financial advice and is not acting as your broker, exchange, investment adviser, fiduciary or portfolio manager.
You decide whether, when and how to trade. You are responsible for verifying orders, position size, leverage, fees, taxes and risk before acting.
4. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
- Protect passwords, authentication factors, devices and connected-service credentials.
- Notify Zimor promptly if you believe your account or integration has been compromised.
- Do not share an account in a way that bypasses plan limits or exposes another person’s trading data without authority.
5. Connected exchanges and third-party services
Third-party exchanges, data sources, messaging platforms and authentication providers are independent services. Their availability, pricing, execution, data quality and terms are outside Zimor’s control.
You are responsible for permissions granted to an integration. Zimor is not responsible for a third party’s outage, rejection, slippage, liquidation, account restriction or other action.
6. Trials, subscriptions and billing
A trial may provide temporary access to paid features for the period shown at signup. Paid plans renew according to the billing interval presented at purchase unless cancelled under the applicable checkout terms.
Plan limits, included features and prices may change for future billing periods. Any required notice will be provided before a change becomes effective. Taxes and third-party charges may apply separately.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use Zimor to violate law, sanctions, exchange rules or third-party rights.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload or attempt unauthorized access to Zimor systems or other users’ data.
- Do not reverse engineer or extract proprietary components except where applicable law expressly allows it.
- Do not resell, sublicense or provide shared access to Zimor except under a plan or agreement that permits it.
- Do not use automated access in a way that bypasses published limits, security controls or documented interfaces.
8. Your data and content
You retain rights you have in data and content you provide. You grant Zimor the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit and transform that data to operate the features you request, secure the service, comply with law and improve reliability.
Aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you may be used to understand product performance and improve the service, subject to applicable law.
9. Zimor intellectual property
Zimor and its licensors retain rights in the software, interfaces, branding, models, documentation and other service content, excluding your data and third-party content. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose during your authorized access.
10. Availability and changes
Market data, alerts and integrations can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Maintenance, provider outages, network conditions or technical failures may interrupt the service. Zimor does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every alert, analysis output or integration event will be delivered.
11. Disclaimers and risk
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Trading involves substantial risk, and no analysis, alert, backtest, review or trader insight guarantees a result. Review the separate Risk Disclosure before using Zimor to support trading activity.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zimor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, lost profits, lost trading opportunities, or losses caused by market movement, third-party execution or reliance on incomplete or delayed data.
Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains subject to the mandatory rules that apply to your relationship with Zimor and any specific written agreement governing your plan.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Zimor or cancel a subscription according to the account and billing controls available to you. Zimor may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, abuse, legal compliance or material breach of these Terms.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations and accrued payment obligations — remain in effect.
14. Changes, governing rules and contact
These Terms may be updated as the service or applicable requirements change. Material updates will be communicated in a reasonable manner before they take effect when required.
Any mandatory consumer or local-law rights continue to apply. Questions about these Terms or formal notices can be sent through the Contact page using the Legal & Privacy channel.
